What are RTA Cabinets?
RTA stands for Ready To Assemble –RTA cabinets are shipped in easy to assemble pieces that can be built in approximately 15 – 20 minutes.

Do you offer cabinets Pre-Assembled?
We do offer select cabinets pre-assembled for an additional fee. Please call 1-888-212-3723.

Do you have Sample Doors?
Yes, there is a $24.95 deposit which gets refunded upon placing your kitchen order.

Do you partner with or can you suggest any installers?
Because we ship all over the country, we do not have installers that we work with. We recommend you search for an experienced kitchen installer with great reviews or referrals.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated upon checkout based off your order to If you would prefer a custom quote please give us a call when you are ready to place your order and we can get you a custom quote based on your order size and ship-to location.

When will my credit card be charged?
We will charge your card as soon as the order is placed since we start processing the order very quickly.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from one of our distribution centers based in Florida and North Carolina.

Where do you ship to?
We ship all over the continental US

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders take 7-10 days for delivery.

Will I be notified when my cabinets ship?
Once your cabinets ship out you will receive an email with the shipping information.

What happens if I get a damaged cabinet or an item is missing?

Please count and examine all packages at time of delivery. If there is a shortage, please note which items are missing on the delivery receipt before signing and send the list to our Customer Service Department at [email protected] If any items are damaged upon delivery please note the damage on the delivery receipt.
If there is concealed damaged we must be notified within 3 days to enable us to replace parts or the damaged product at no cost to you. Clear photos showing the damage or defective items will be required to process any claim.
IF THE CABINET OR CABINET ACCESSORY HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE CLAIM OR REPLACE THE CABINET. Photos must be taken before the cabinets or parts are installed.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order ships out we can’t cancel it, please notify us as soon as possible and we will try to stop it before it ships. If it’s an assembled order we can only stop it before the assembly starts. There will still be a 10% fee for credit card and warehouse handling for all canceled orders.

What is your return policy?

In order to make a return you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be authorized by one of our representatives. All items must be in original packaging and unassembled. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to us and we have to receive it in re-sellable condition otherwise no credit will be given. We don’t take back assembled cabinets. We offer free design services to help the customer buy with confidence; however we do not accept any design related responsibility
